I just wish to extend my congratulations to all the teams, from bright eyed enthusiam, the proceeding intense concentration, the 3am hour of dispair and then the revitalising belief and conviction in their goals, EVERY team amazed me.

It was a great honour to be part of this and watch the teams themselves evolve during the competition while writing a game about evolution.

I look forward to seeing you all again, either at another game competition or in the industry itself.

Excuse my spellings of enthusiasm, despair and revitalizing , typing fast is not my strong point…

  3. Ben (Orange Team) Says:

Was that 3am hour of despair a referane to use by any chance? haha! What a lack of sleep can do to you eh? :)

  4. Nick F Says:

    What Marcus said.

You guys were great – X48 has inspired me to crack the whip today and ask why we spend YEARS making our games instead of days (or, for a AAA project, weeks).

Apparently, sleeping and a lack of Red Bull on tap has something to do with it. ;)

Well done everyone, some great games were made in little time.
Hope to see everyone soon either in the industry or another thing like this :)
